Our policy lasts 30 days. Within 30 days from your date of payment/purchase, you can request for a refund if you desire to no longer use our services/products. If 30 days have gone by from your date of payment/purchase, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
For receiving refund you can simply drop us an email at [email protected] mentioning that you would like to cancel your subscription and get a refund. Once your email for refund is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify that your subscription has been cancelled as per your request and initiate the refund process. Once refund process is complete a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
