At any given state there must be something or some aspect of your life that you might be wanting to improve. You know what it is, you know what to do. So that’s a desire or goal for you to work on. By achieving that goal you can both improve the quality of your life and also feel happy and better. So how can you do that?
Once you know what you want the second step is finding out how you can get it. Most of the times you have the answer to the second step. For example, you might be wanting to lose some weight and you actually know how you can achieve it which is basically by exercising or dieting. But the real problem is the next step, that is, doing what you know you have to do.
What is a mental block?
Most often it happens that we actually know what we need to do to get what we want, but we don’t do it. Those are mental blocks. You need to get past these blockers. When you know what you want and also know how can you get it, then what’s blocking you from doing it and executing your plan and action? Ask yourself what is mentally blocking you?
By enquiring find out what emotions, excuses or thoughts are blocking your action, blocking you from taking the right steps. Once you find them out, be brave and courageous to over come those blockers, sort out the issues and get on track doing what should be done.
